Chibi Usa Tsukino (Chee-bee Oo-sah Ts-kee-noh) is absolutely adorable! Sometimes thought of as a little pain, she really has a very sweet personality. She only wants to help people & be friends with everyone. She is a strong character, with great determination. Chibi Usa seems to have fairly good artistic abilities for her age. She is often seen drawing something, and always seems to enjoy artistic projects at school. |  | Chibi Usa is really a princess from Crystal Tokyo in the 30th Century. She is the daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion. Her full name is Princess Usagi Small Lady Serenity. Her nickname, Chibi Usa, is given when she arrives in Usagi's time to avoid confusion between the two girls. "Chibi" refers to her small size, followed by a shortening of Usagi, "Usa". While in this century, she lives with Usagi's family. Chibi Usa brainwashed them into believing that she is a cousin of the family. |  | Chibi Usa also has her own cat, Diana. ^_^ She appears in the SuperS season, and causes quite a bit of commotion. ^_^ Diana is just as cute as her owner. A lot of times, you will find her sitting atop Chibi Usa's head. She has a very cute voice, and calls the two future rulers "Mamoru-sama" and "Usagi-sama". ^_^ Who'd of thought you'd ever hear "Usagi-sama"! (the ending "sama" is a respectful term used for royalty). |  | Chibi Usa has a great love for Usagi. She has sometimes been considered disrepectful, considering that Usagi is her future mother and yet she bickers constantly with her. However, considering their ages, it's hard for either of them to act the part. Instead, the two act more like sisters... constantly fighting, yet love each other immensely. When it counts, the two show how much they truly care for one another. |  | | Chibi Usa is able to talk to Pegasus by using a strange shaped object. Pegasus appears in the sphere on the top of it and is able to correspond with Chibi Usa. During the SuperS season, Chibi Usa seems to fall in love with Pegasus, who's really Elios, the guardian of dreams and the Golden Crystal. ^_^ |  | Chibi Usa arrived in the R season as a scared, seemingly bratty little girl. However, by the time she returns home during the SailorStars season, she has truly grown into a caring and lovable character. |  |
 |  | During the R Season, Chibi Usa has a round bouncing ball called "Luna-P". (It resembles Luna's face) She can use this to magically produce objects.
| Near the end of the R Season, Chibi Usa is taken in the Black Moon villains, who trick her into believing that no one cared for her. She becomes "Black Lady" and a black moon appears on her forhead. Eventually she is convinced that she was indeed loved, so she returns to her normal, small self. |
 | On her return in the S season, she makes her debut as Sailorchibimoon, soldier in training. ^_^ Sailorchibimoon has come to train as a senshi. She doesn't have much of an attack, but it does prove useful in some cases. Adorned in pink, Sailorchibimoon is very cute! ^_^ |  | During the SuperS season, Pegasus gives Chibimoon & Sailormoon the power to transform directly into their Super forms. |  | Sailorchibimoon's first attack is the Pink Sugar Heart Attack. With this, she uses a rod to create little hearts that fly at the enemy. It doesn't do much, other than annoy the enemy. It took her a while before she could effectively use this attack on the first try. ^_^ hehe. |  | Her second attack... really doesn't do anything either. She calls upon Pegasus to protect dreams, and says Twinkle Yell. All this seems to do is call forth Pegasus, who gives Sailormoon her attack weapon. However, there is one episode where she couldn't call upon Pegasus, and the little heart/bell object began to pop out little hearts just like her Pink Sugar attack. |
