| Unlike the other senshi, Sailormoon acquires many different attacks throughout the story. |
 Her first attack is Moon Tiara Action. Here she removes her tiara from her forehead, which changes into a shining disc that she throws like a frisbee at the enemy. Even though she is unable to use this during the R season, she proves that she can still use it in the later episodes. |  | | Sailormoon's next "attack" is better described as a healing power. Moon Healing Escalation is performed with the Moon Stick, which allows her to transform evil henchmen back into their former human selves. In later episodes she uses the silver crystal to heal evil henchmen. |  | | Sailormoon's third attack is the Moon Princess Halation, which she acquires in the R season. With this attack she uses the Cutie Moon Rod to destroy the enemy. |  | | In the S season, Sailormoon's attack is the Moon Spiral Heart Attack. Using the Spiral Heart Moon Rod, she sends hearts flying at the enemy. They are defeated as a giant heart hits them and they break though the heart. |  | | When Sailormoon transforms into Super Sailormoon in the S Season, her attack becomes the Rainbow Moon Heart Ache. Still using the Spiral Heart Moon Rod, she sends a stream full of hearts at the enemy. |  | | During the SuperS Season, Super Sailormoon's attack is the Moon Gorgeous Meditation. With the Kaleid Moon Scope, she sends a kaleidoscope of colors at the enemy. |  | | As Eternal Sailormoon, her special power is the Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss. With this she uses the Eternal Tier to turn the evil sailor senshi of the day back into a human. |  | | Later in the SailorStars season, Eternal Sailormoon acquires the Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss. Here Eternal Sailormoon's tier is extended and she uses it to transform the evil senshi of the day back into their human self. |  |
| Along with her attacks, Sailormoon has some other magical items that she uses. |
 |  |  | With her transformation pen, Usagi can transform into anyone she wants, including a teacher, a photographer and a stewardess among other things. | Once the silver crystal is found, Usagi will use it to transform into Sailormoon.
| In the S Season, Sailormoon uses the holy chalice for her secondary transformation into Super Sailormoon.
