Ail and Ann decide to attack a TV audition to get human energy with one of their monsters, called Cardians. Minako, Rei, Ami, Makoto and Naru are invited to audition. The moster attacks Naru (of course), and she is knocked out. Sailormoon arrives and reaches for her moon stick, but it isn't there! Not being able to fight, Sailormoon is trapped. Reluctantly, Luna restores the other girls memories, and they defeat the monster. Later Luna appologizes for having to awaken the senshi again.

Their next battle introduces "Tsukikage no Knight" (meaning "Moonlight Knight"). Here's a guy wrapped up like an Arabian knight but looks an awful lot like Tuxedo Mask... hmmm. During another battle we find that Sailormoon's tiara action won't work! Later Sailormoon is trapped by a monster, and her transformation is reversed. We see her floating with Luna, who says that she can't use her tiara and transform anymore because she doesn't really want to be Sailormoon. Usagi asks what she will do now, because she can't help her friends. Then Queen Serenity appears and says that they are in Usagi's heart. She gives Usagi a new compact to transform, but says that the crystal is not as strong as it was before. She says that because Usagi is thinking of her friends it will grow stronger. Now using the words "Moon Crystal Power, Make up!" she can transform into Sailormoon. Once she is back, Sailormoon is given a new stick called the cutie moon rod. ^_^

The rest of the episodes pretty much follow this pattern: The aliens attack with a cardian... the senshi come and get trapped... Tsukikage no Knight saves them... Sailormoon defeats the monster of the day. There were also episodes for each senshi to find a new power (which you only see for that episode).

Finally we get to a point were Usagi is going to see Seijuurou (Ail) because he and Natsumi (Ann) had not been at school for a few days. Mamoru is there too, to see Natsumi. Natsumi is jealous of Usagi so she shoves her into a room with the tree and has a cardian suck out her energy. The tree begins to outgrow the alien's apartment. The senshi arrive and everyone goes to see what happened. Soon the aliens are fighting with the senshi, and arguing with each other because Mamoru and Usagi were not in love with them. (Seijuurou liked Usagi and Natsumi liked Mamoru) Soon Ail realizes that what they felt was friendship, and tells Ann to stop attacking them.

Then the tree begins attacking the aliens, first it goes for Ann, but Ail blocks it. Then it sends a pointed branch at Ail, and Ann takes the blow. Ail runs to Ann, and holds her in his arms. Ann says that she finally realized that she loved Ail, and then dies. A voice from the tree then says that it hurt its own child out of anger. Then it tells the story of the tree and the aliens. The tree asks Sailormoon to purify her of all the energy that she has absorbed, and with the last of her energy, the tree heals Ann.

Then Tsukikage no Knight reveals his face... which is just like Mamoru's. He explains that when the silver crystal was removing Mamoru's memory from the last battle, his desire to protect Usagi was so strong that the crystal separated it from Mamoru and made Tsukikage no Knight. Now Mamoru has his memory back so Tsukikage no Knight is no longer needed. He then floats into Mamoru's body. Mamoru wakes up and tells Usagi he was sorry he made her wait. She tearfully wraps her arms around him. Then Ail and Ann see a little part of the tree that was floating. They take it and say that they will start over, and fly into space. ~ End of Part 1 ~
(thank goodness... those are my least favorite episodes of SailorMoon ^_^)

Usagi goes home to find the pink-haired girl. Her parents introduce her as Usagi's cousin. Later at Rei's temple, the little girl puts something in the girls' tea to knock them out. But Usagi didn't drink her tea, and took hold of the girl and spanked her. The girl began to cry and suddenly a crescent moon appeared on her forehead, which shot out a beam of light. Meanwhile, a new batch of bad guys are looking for the rabbit. One sister, named Cooan, saw the light from the rabbit and went to it's source. Usagi transformed and saved the little girl.

Later Usagi, Mamoru and the little Usagi are walking down the street. Usagi calls the little girl Chibi Usa (Little Usa) which the girl disapproves of until Mamoru says it's a cute name. Soon Mamoru gets a vision of danger for Princess Serenity. Afraid of any danger he might cause her in the future, he tells Usagi that he doesn't love her anymore, and that he doesn't want to see her. For a while it goes on where the uncanny sisters (Petz, Karaberas, Beruche and Cooan) try to locate Chibi Usa. They are led by Rubeus, who seems to take orders from a guy covered by a cloth, Wiseman. During this time, the senshi receive new attacks. Mercury finds her Shine Aqua Illusion, Mars her Burning Mandala, Jupiter the Sparkling Wide Pressure, and Venus has her Love Me Chain.

Soon it comes to a big showdown. It begins when Chibi Usa runs off, and the sisters find her. Luna sees this and helps Chibi Usa escape, then runs to get help. Usagi finds Chibi Usa talking to her Luna-P. She realizes that she is actually communicating with someone through it, and she hears Chibi Usa say that they caught her mother. Usagi feels bad for the little girl. Then the sisters find Chibi Usa again, and Sailormoon appears. The sisters introduce themselves, and then... the sailor senshi arrive! This becomes a battle between them and ends with Sailormoon fighting Rubeus to protect Chibi Usa. Afterwards, Sailormoon asks Chibi Usa to tell the truth, that she came from the future and that they had done something to her mother. Chibi Usa began to cry and asked Sailormoon to save her mother. Soon, the senshi manage to find the good in the uncanny sisters, and Sailormoon uses the silver crystal to turn them into normal humans.

Rubeus ends up capturing the senshi minus Sailormoon in his UFO, asking the silver crystal and Chibi Usa as ransom. She goes to the UFO to get them back, and Chibi Usa follows, unknown. Together they defeat Rubeus, and the sailors all escape the UFO before it blows up with Rubeus inside. We briefly meet Sailor Pluto, as she takes the senshi into Chibi Usa's dream to save her (a plot by the Wiseman). Usagi soon has a dream in which her and Mamoru get married. All of a sudden the ground falls apart and she is pulled away. A voice says that this is what will happen if they are married. She goes to Mamoru and asks if that is why he won't see her anymore. They don't exactly get back together, but Mamoru no longer ignores Usagi.

Now the new enemy is Esmeraude, who gets her orders from Prince Dimando. She decides that the best way to take over Crystal Tokyo (the future Tokyo) is to take it over in the past. She goes after key points, but she ends up failing. Chibi Usa wants to return to the future to help her mother, and the other senshi say they will go to and help.

They arrive at the time portal and meet Sailor Pluto again. When they reach Crystal Tokyo, it is in ruins. As if that wasn't enough, they find another big surprise... a man that looks like Tuxedo Mask! We soon find out it is the voice that was in Mamoru's dreams. They are shocked to learn that it is Tuxedo Mask's future self! They are taken to the Crystal Palace where Chibi Usa's mother is. We then see that she looks like Usagi!! Yes, Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymion are the future selves of Usagi and Mamoru! With bright red faces, Usagi and Mamoru realize that Chibi Usa is their future daughter! She is called Small Lady in the future.

They find out that the silver crystal of the future is missing, and that is why they cannot fight off the attack by the Black Moon. Soon Small Lady is missing, and is found by the Wiseman. He brainwashes her into believing no one cared for her, and she becomes Black Lady, an assistant to evil!

Esmeraude, in the form of a dragon, is killed by the senshi, and every one returns to the past. There they journey into the giant black crystal that has formed in the city. Prince Dimando is killed by the Wiseman, and soon they are off to find Black Lady and the Wiseman. With their love, Neo Queen Serenity and Tuxedo Mask assure Chibi Usa that everyone cares about her, and she is returned to her sweet self. ^_^

Now it's the final showdown with the Wiseman!! Sailormoon wants to use the crystal, and although Tuxedo Mask tells her not to, as she is still weak from transforming into Neo Queen Serenity, she goes to the wise man. She again transforms into Neo Queen Serenity, and tries to use the crystal against him. It proves to be no match. Chibi Usa is upset that she has caused so much trouble, and a tear falls from her face, revealing the future silver crystal!! She had absorbed it into her body, which is how it had disappeared. Tuxedo Mask again says not to, but like her mother, she goes off. Tuxedo Mask says that they can all help, and they concentrate their power on them. Chibi Usa transforms into her princess form, and joins the fight with her mother! Together, they blast the Wiseman away.

Soon they are shown floating in space. The wonder if they are dead, but Neo Queen Serenity's voice tells them that they are not. Soon they wake up, with the senshi all huddled around them. Afterwards, it is time for Chibi Usa to return home. Everyone says their good-byes, but Usagi has trouble with it. Finally they run to each other, and Chibi Usa says "Thank you, Mama." *sniff sniff* Then it's off to the future, and her future family is there waiting. Small Lady curtseys to her parents, then runs to Neo Queen Serenity, who embraces her. End of Season 2 ^_^
