Sigh. This was made for a Chibimoon fanart contest... you were supposed to invent her next transformation stage. I really liked the end result overall, even though her body is a bit off. The inspiration for all the feathers came from the feathers on (Super?) Sailor Chibimoon's hair buns. The background was completely done by computer.
